Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to provide
guidance on retirement savings options to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their
employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments
Discuss available account options, such as 401K and IRAs, to align
with customers' retirement savings goals
Educate customers on their retirement plans and compare options to
best support their savings objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
professional work experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales
Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63
registrations
Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn new information
quickly
Demonstrated sales and relationship management experience
