Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Instructional Content
Development to oversee the creation and evaluation of instructional
content.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Instructional Designers in developing
educational content
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify educational needs and
create a content roadmap
Monitor and evaluate instructional materials to enhance learning
outcomes
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or
related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with at
least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design
models
Proficiency in instructional technology and course development
software
Exceptional project management skills
