Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Education to
develop and implement a vision for product learning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer research to understand user needs and knowledge
gaps
Develop strategies and manage resources for product education
initiatives
Oversee the Technical Writing team to enhance product documentation
and create educational content
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer education, instructional design,
or technical writing in a SaaS or technology company
1+ years of experience in a people management role
Experience in developing long-term strategies, including resource
planning and goal setting
Experience in setting up measurement strategies for training
content effectiveness
Familiarity with the needs and practices of marketers and/or growth
teams is a plus
