Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy People Operations Director to
oversee and implement people operations strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day people operations administration, including
recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Develop and implement policies and initiatives to support human
resource compliance and organizational culture
Oversee employee lifecycle processes and drive performance
management practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields,
including senior People Operations leadership
Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing people
operations strategies and processes
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Commitment to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion practices
Experience in scaling organizations while centering a positive
employee experience
