Job Description:

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of Eataly's full-service restaurants. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and terminating employees, ensuring exceptional service standards, and inspecting dining areas for health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of front-of-house restaurant management experience, outstanding communication and leadership skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. We offer a competitive salary range of $65k-$75k, medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and other perks. • Key Responsibilities:
  
• Supports the Restaurant AGM with hiring, training, and terminating employees
  
• Ensures exceptional service standards are consistently met
  
• Inspects dining room and storage areas for health and safety compliance
  
• Reviews financial information to monitor budget
  
• Meets with dining room personnel to plan restaurant activities
