to lead and manage customer-centric business value initiatives on a
global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a global team of program managers and technical experts to
enhance customer engagement
Develop and implement initiatives to optimize customer ROI and
drive renewal rates
Build and maintain a business value and maturity benchmark database
to align with customer needs
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience within the technology industry
Significant experience in business value and program management
roles
Proven experience leading and managing a global team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a
related field (advanced degrees preferred)
