Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Development to lead
fundraising efforts and expand revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet a
$1.25M annual budget
Identify and cultivate major gifts and corporate partnerships while
managing donor relationships
Oversee grant writing, event planning, and board engagement to
enhance fundraising initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in nonprofit development with a focus on
major gifts and corporate sponsorships
Proven ability to manage a development budget and achieve
fundraising goals of $1M or more
Strong understanding of donor stewardship and relationship
management
Passion for empowering young women in STEM
