Finance Partnership Accountability Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Finance Partnership Accountability Manager to oversee financial efficiencies in clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for assigned programs and projects within the department
Implement Partnership Accountability key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage budget negotiations and forecasting
Collate partner budget forecasting and coordinate with internal functions regarding actuals and potential scope changes

Required Qualifications and Education

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Operations, Business Management, or Finance
Knowledge of Clinical Operations, supplier/vendor contracting, budgeting, and forecasting
Understanding of R&D processes, including clinical trial nuances
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and summarize data sets
Negotiation skills to drive budget accountability and global alignment
