Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the design and enablement of
enterprise data infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs
into scalable data solutions
Lead teams responsible for data governance, quality, and analytics
to drive impactful data products
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics
5+ years of experience leading healthcare data engineering or
analytics teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field
Proven experience in building scalable data architectures and
implementing data governance standards
Familiarity with cloud providers and data pipeline technologies
