A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met
Drive product adoption and maintain high customer renewal rates
Create action plans and metrics based on customer objectives

Required Qualifications

3+ years in a Customer Success Manager role at a B2B SaaS company or similar experience
Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders
Affinity with software and understanding of technical topics
Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills
