Job Description:

The Product and Launch Manager is the key liaison between the Product Marketing function at VinFast Global and VinFast US. Serving as the voice of the US market, this role is critical in communicating the unique needs and preferences of US consumers.RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

• VinFast Product Expertise: Act as product lead/expert for existing and future products
• Competitive Product Insights: Advise on product competitive advantages to highlight in marketing initiatives
• Pricing/Packaging: Coordinate across VFU marketing & sales teams on model pricing and monthly offers
• Market Product Input to Global Requests: Serve as liaison for market product feedback and development
• Leading Product Launch with Training, Marketing, Sales: Responsible for launching and communicating ongoing product updates and mid-life cycle changes
• Industry Conference Awareness/Spokesperson on Product: Identify, participate and report on automotive supplier and product feature conferences and trends (B2B)
• Automotive Trend: Provide ongoing U.S.-specific automotive consumer trends, competitive landscape and analysis.
• Marketing Fleet Management
• Product Research Clinics: Management of consumer, product benchmarking clinics with hypothesis and analysis/share out with organizationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive work experience in automotive OEM product planning, product marketing or product development
  • Startup business experience is critical. Ability to manage project movement quickly and willingness to bring solutions when project direction shifts.
  • Automotive experience required. Electric vehicle (EV) experience a plus
  • Management consulting and data analytics experience a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • High level of proficiency in business productivity tools and software (PowerPoint, Excel, visualization software)
  • High levels of attention to detail and organizationVinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
