• Support the Director of Communications across key publicity initiatives and contribute to the Communication team's strategy and direction.
• Identify titles from our Tubi Original slate that will drive the Tubi content narrative forward, and track content from our library that aligns with current trends and cultural moments for promotional opportunity.
• Manage publicity efforts and campaigns from ideation to execution for our Original Content and acquired titles that will drive awareness to deliver new audiences and engage current Tubi power users.
• Develop story angles, and proactively pitch entertainment, consumer, and trade stories to secure placement across print, online, and broadcast media.
• Execute multi-tier communications that ladder up to overarching marketing initiatives and can create a halo effect with Tubi's social media team.
• Draft press releases and other promotional materials for announcements, exclusives, one sheets, coverage reports, and case studies.
• Coordinate all relevant interviews, press junkets, SMTs, and premiere events.
• Demonstrate strong talent relations skills and a working rapport with production partners, filmmakers, and talent reps.
• Maintain press relationships and contacts for local and national media opportunities.
• Take initiative to find opportunities for innovation that will deliver useful and impactful results internally and externally.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders across Tubi and Fox Corp for Communications.
• Manage publicity agencies as needed.Your Background:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum seven years of experience in communications/publicity.
• Demonstrated ability to support a high-volume content production pipeline with earned media results.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, writing, and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative team player who is ready to jump in and can work independently and cross-functionally.
• The ability to work in a high-volume environment with an emphasis on speed as well as quality control.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MuckRack, with Airtable experience a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
• Publicity experience in entertainment across television, film, or streaming.
• Talent relations experience.
