Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager in the SEC
Professional Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of firm audit
methodology, guidance, and enablement
Perform engagement team coaching and assistance for PCAOB/SEC
audits
Manage and supervise PCAOB/SEC audit engagements and provide
subject matter expertise in SEC regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of audit experience in public accounting,
preferably with Big 4 or national firms
Strong experience with PCAOB audit engagements
Experience with SEC regulations and reporting
Strong project management skills
Critical thinking skills and ability to manage deliverables
independently
