Corporate (Apt Corp)The Director, Project Management is focused on
assisting the Company in making deferredmaintenance and value-add
investments to the apartment portfolio to maintain revenue
growth,brand preservation, and asset preservation. The project
management team collaborates withkey stakeholders in several
departments to manage the process which includes overallleadership
and coordination of the project from conception through
construction, development ofthe project vision, scope and
specifications, budgeting, underwriting, capital approvals,
andscheduling, as well as overseeing the completion of the finished
product.
--- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to work together to
ensure success, supportthe notion of 'lifelong learning'
--- Proven track record as a project manager including experience
developing multifamilyrepair and reinvestment projects for occupied
communities, with expertise in multifamily
building systems/structures
--- Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, specifications,
reports, building codes, and allconstruction-related
systems/assemblies
--- Deep experience with multifamily due diligence, and
research
--- Strong understanding of conceptual estimating and budgeting
--- Must have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability
to establish highlyfunctional relationships with diverse
personalities both within and outside the company
--- Able to influence others and effectively negotiate to achieve
optimal outcomes
--- Convey confidence and maintain composure in urgent and crucial
situations
--- Embrace conflicts by seeing them as opportunities by acting
collaboratively to achieveoptimal outcomes
--- Ensure the delivery of an outstanding internal/external

--- Accurately anticipate the complexity and resource requirements

design disciplines within theOC/LA, San Diego and Silicon Valley
regions

the cost of "no decision"
--- Understand critical success factors driving the business and

--- Proficient in Google and PC-based applications. These include
but are not limited to:Google Mail, Docs, Sheets, MS Office Suite,
Bluebeam Revu, Skysite and/or othersimilar programs
--- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs,
climb ladders, navigatescaffolding, and walk moderate to long
distances each day
--- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and
organizational skillsCompensation:Base Pay Range:$150,100.00
-$203,700.00Actual placement within this range may vary based upon,
but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary
of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and
