A company is looking for a Director of Provider Network
Development & Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit providers to expand and develop the provider network while
meeting goals and requirements
Create a strategic network growth plan by analyzing facility and
market utilization data
Manage team performance and provide development opportunities for
staff
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5
years in network management development
7 years of experience in a management or leadership position
Experience with third-party credentialing and provider data
management systems
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent
experience; Master's degree preferred
Must comply with continuing education requirements
