but around the world.In the role of Project Controls Manager, we'll
count on you to:
- Support the coordination and collaboration within all aspects
and sub-functions of project controls and reporting, including
project change management, cost control, progress measurement,
schedule development, and schedule control.
- Assist in project set-up in the Project Management Information
System and Enterprise Planning & Controls software, including data
input, transfer, log maintenance, and report generation.
- Aid in creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and developing,
implementing, and maintaining scheduling and cost reports, cash
flows, and forecasts on small projects.
- Assist with reviewing and approving Purchase Orders and/or
Subcontracts for proper coding and document changes to cost reports
or forecasts.
- Help in developing and maintaining an earned value management
system, verifying progress measurements, and conducting quality
checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.
- Comply with all policies and standards.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on highway and bridge projects is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls work on
engineering and construction projects, including planning,
estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule
control, and project reports.
- Ability to manage proposal preparation, contract review and
negotiation, client relationship and win strategy for medium to
large EPC Projects.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and
short-term tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
