Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor
Overnight.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, and
counseling services
Develop immediate action/safety plans based on risk, substance
abuse, and mental health assessments
Collaborate with professional teams to ensure continuity of care
and positive clinical outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of crisis intervention experience
Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health
clinical license
Master's degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
1+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social
Services preferred
Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with
brief therapy models
