• Part Time
• Hours: Flexible Schedules; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 1 late weeknight 10am - 7pm, and 1 Saturday per month 9am - 4pm
• Employed
• Average Patients seen: 2.7 per hour
• Call Schedule: No call
• Loan Repayment
• Sign-On Bonus: $10000
• Compensation: - base $260,000 to $285,000+ based on experience (Prorated for PT)- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus & Relocation package available (Prorated for PT)- Productivity Bonus as well (Prorated for PT)

Join a team that's been helping to redefine what it means to be a community clinic for 50 years!DETAILS:- This position is for 16-24 hours a week - Part-Time positions are open in our Vista/Oceanside Locations!- Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients- Provide in-service training to clinic staff to increase staff awareness and facilitate better patient care- Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical careQUALIFICATIONS:- CA license REQUIRED- 1-year experience in an ambulatory care setting REQUIRED- Experience in FQHC PREFERRED- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
