• AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, NIH
  • Job Details
  • 2 year recent exp in specialty
  • AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, NIH
  • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
  • floating to Stepdown / PCU is required patient ratio is 1:3
  • EPIC experience (no training provided)
  • LA Fire Card (must get within 30 days of starting)
  • Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
  • MICU, SICU, Cardiac, PCU, STEPDOWN, and Neuro units
  • Cardiovascular, Multi-trauma, Gun Shots, Stroke and Stemi Center
  • Motor Vehicle Accidents, Ortho care
  • 12 Overflow beds
  • Level 2 Trauma, Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center
  • High acuity neuro population, STEMI receiving, CABG/Valve/IABP, CRRT, Sepsis, Surgical care
  • Lines, intubations. Travelers will not be required to assist with ICP monitoring or placement, IABP
  • Cardiac and GI procedures at the bedside if unstable
  • Magnet Facility

  • Alaris pumps, Roche meters, Bedside monitoring Phillips, Vents, Suction, Drains, Chest Tubes

      • 12-hour shifts
      • 3-month separation
        • Unit Specific Information
        • MICU, SICU, Cardiac, PCU, STEPDOWN, and Neuro units
        • Cardiovascular, Multi-trauma, Gun Shots, Stroke and Stemi Center
        • Motor Vehicle Accidents, Ortho care
        • 12 Overflow beds
        • High acuity neuro population, STEMI receiving, CABG/Valve/IABP, CRRT, Sepsis, Surgical care

          • Additional Details
          • Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work
          • Core Modules: RN/LVN: (9.9 hours), ICU RN/LVN: 1.5 hours
