Job Description:
A company is looking for a Region Manager Pharmacy Reimbursement
in California.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic initiatives to optimize pharmacy resource
utilization and financial performance
Serve as a liaison for utilization review and manage a team focused
on revenue cycle and billing denials
Foster relationships with external stakeholders to resolve business
issues and achieve strategic targets
Required Qualifications
B.S. or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of
pharmacy
Five years of progressively responsible health system management
experience in a pharmacy setting
Active California State Pharmacist License in good standing
ASHP Certificate in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle is preferred
Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements related to
pharmacy services
