Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Auditor & Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) to develop and deliver
specific training
Complete monthly LOB audits and communicate results, identifying
trends and training needs
Coordinate annual training and discussions to enhance LOB knowledge
and competence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Home state adjuster license required
At least 5 years of progressive claims experience in multiple lines
of business
Prior experience in training preferred
Ability to develop training content and understand workflows and
processes
