Immediate need for Instructional Designer seeking 6-month project, can extend to 1-year, professional work environment and excellent company. Experience as an Instructional Designer in a corporate environment or eLearning company designing and developing diverse instructional content/products, with a focus on digital learning. Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, online course design, classroom facilitation techniques, and learning evaluation. Advanced experience with online course authoring tools (eg Storyline, Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia) will be keys to success in this growing, stable organization. Will be responsible for proficiency with tools that support content development, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Performs all phases of instructional design including analysis, design, development, and evaluation throughout the program lifecycle to achieve optimal learner-centric training solutions. Designs course materials to utilize a variety of formats, including print, graphics, gamification, audio, video, animation, and multimedia to make courses dynamic, visually appealing, and interactive for Healthcare Services company.
