Job Description:

Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours, regardless of physical location.Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience is required).
  • Familiarity with data modeling and query logic, leveraging MS-SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Ability to extract, integrate, and analyze data from sources such as AllScripts SCM and Infinity databases.
  • Experience working with Oracle Health Cerner Health Analytics/Population Health platforms to access and analyze data.
  • Competence with healthcare data sets, including clinical, administrative, financial, and operational data.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED.Communication Skills:
    • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences.
    • Capacity to present and explain data analysis results, findings, and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and actionable manner.Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding:
      • Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
