Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including supply,
customer, vendor, and co-manufacturing agreements
Analyze commercial contract provisions and provide updates, risk
assessments, and legal guidance to the business team
Monitor developments in food-related laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Member in good standing with the IL or WI bar
Minimum of 3-5 years of in-house or large law firm corporate
experience
Experience with complex commercial contracts
Demonstrated interest in growing experience in commercial areas
Experience with food safety and regulatory matters desired
