Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to
craft user-centered experiences in a complex healthcare
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops and apply rapid mixed-method research techniques
to inform design decisions
Collaborate with data visualization designers to shape data
strategies and enhance user experience
Evangelize UX best practices and deliver measurable solutions that
meet diverse stakeholder needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human
Behavior, Analytics, or related field
6 years of progressively increasing responsibility in customer
relationship management or customer-facing engagement
3 years of qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight
synthesis and reporting
Demonstrated proficiency in mixed-methods research to drive design
decisions
In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and digital health
trends
