Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Women's Imaging Coordinator to
enhance patient scheduling and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-registers and schedules patients through inbound and outbound
calls
Conducts pre-registration and clinical screening, ensuring patient
safety and insurance authorization
Manages appointment reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling as
needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Three plus years of experience in customer service, preferably in a
healthcare environment
Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers
efficiently
Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
No additional certifications required for this position
