Job Description:
A company is looking for a People and Culture Generalist to
support operational and administrative functions within the People
and Culture team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and
support FMLA processes
Conduct new hire orientation and manage the onboarding process
Oversee various P&C programs and maintain compliance
documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience in HR administration
3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now
2+ years of experience with Greenhouse or ATS preferred
Experience with FMLA inquiries is a plus
