Job Description:
A company is looking for a Usability Researcher to conduct
qualitative research on customer needs and behaviors related to
products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct in-depth interviews, benchmarking studies, and
usability tests
Document research findings and analyze qualitative data for
insights
Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or
equivalent training
5-7 years of experience as a UX Researcher on consumer products
Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability
testing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis
software
Experience in qualitative data analysis and creating
presentations
