Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior UX Researcher to enhance
customer experiences with the Social Security Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct UX discovery activities to understand stakeholder needs and
pain points
Facilitate human-centered design workshops and develop user
personas and journey maps
Prototype and test service solutions, collaborating with
cross-functional teams to improve user experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Centered Design
or Psychology
0-2 years of experience in service design, UX, or a related
role
Understanding of UX frameworks and research methodologies
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools like Mural and
FigJam
Certification in UX or Human-Centered Design is preferred
