Job Description:
A company is looking for a Review Team Lead to manage and
enhance document review processes using AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and collaborate with review teams, addressing issues and
analyzing dataset trends to improve client outcomes
Maintain and enhance documentation, providing feedback and guidance
to ensure high standards of speed and accuracy
Implement quality control workflows and foster talent development
within review teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of document review experience in a legal setting
1+ years of quality control experience on managed review
projects
Experience with one or more review platforms such as DISCO,
Relativity, Everlaw, or Axcelerate
Strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications is
preferred
