Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Incident Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Independently assess and address trust and safety concerns via
phone and email
Identify issues, trends, and common problems facing users while
assisting in resolving concerns
Oversee the payment and distribution of the Thumbtack Guarantee to
consumers
Required Qualifications
Experience in advanced Customer Support, case management, or
skilled mediation is required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Trust and Safety or incident response experience is a bonus
Strong collaboration skills and a sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
