Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Communication/Policy
and Procedure Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage communication regarding procedure and policy changes within
the Contact Center
Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance for policies and
procedures
Represent the Contact Center on cross-functional teams for project
work
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management
systems
Experience in Call Center or banking/finance industries
preferred
Proficiency in SharePoint
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
