Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Corporate Technology Systems Analyst (Zuora Implementation Analyst) to provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zuora Billing & Revenue software.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zuora Billing & Revenue software
Document issues, resolutions, and participate in system testing and configuration changes
Collaborate with IT team members and business users to analyze and resolve system issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
2 - 4 years of software SaaS/ERP related experience
2 - 4 years of experience working within Zuora
Knowledge of accounting concepts and Revenue Recognition models
Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and HTML skills required
