Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Onboarding Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with customers via email and Slack to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Collecting key information and helping execute global operations processes
Supporting KYC analysts with subject matter expertise and managing the Quality Assurance program

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Operations
AML/KYC knowledge and experience
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality gaps
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a bonus
