Job Description:
A company is looking for a Military Affairs Contact Center Agent
I.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on benefit eligibility and assist with the
enrollment process
Conduct outbound calls to remind students of important deadlines
and assist with financial documentation
Process financial documents and provide customer service support in
a call center environment
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience required
Prior office experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish or American Sign Language is a plus
Must not be in default on any federal student loans or have a
criminal conviction related to government funds
