Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Management Specialist to join
their Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve inquiries from agents, brokers, and insureds as the first
point of contact for low touch agencies
Assist in onboarding new agencies and agents, ensuring smooth
transitions
Coordinate Salesforce updates and monitor compliance with agency
licensing documentation
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in
transportation
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work in high-growth, ambiguous environments
Owner mentality with accountability for actions and results
College degree preferred but not required
